Rules of 7-day return/exchange
1) We only ask that you don’t use the product and preserve its original condition, tags and packaging. The product’s tag must be intact. You can try on a product, but please take adequate measures to preserve its condition.
2) In case of return or exchange, the process must be initiated within seven days of receiving the product.
3) To initiate the process of return/refund, drop a mail at in**@ma*******.com mentioning the issue. (Damaged product/ Size related issue.)
4) The amount of the returned product will be credited to the customer’s wallet. This credit can be used to buy any other product or exchange the product from Mahashay Garments.
5) The refund amount will reflect in your Mahashay Garments wallet in 5-7 business days.
6) Please note that we do not refund the shipping charges incurred by you.
7) In case the items handed over to the courier person don’t match the details of the things mentioned in the return/exchange request, we will conduct an internal probe and get back to you accordingly.
